FCG Psychological Health & Wellness is private pay only. Payment is due at the time of the session. All major credit cards and checks are accepted. Invoices are immediately emailed as soon as a payment is processed. If submitting to insurance, a more detailed receipt is provided at the time of each session or monthly, at the client’s request.
Many insurance companies will offer full or partial reimbursement for an out-of-network provider. We’re happy to provide any documentation you will need to submit for reimbursement. We encourage you to call your insurance provider and review your coverage prior to making an appointment. When contacting your insurance provider you will want to ask the following questions:
